Srinagar, April 9: Jammu and Kashmir Police has dismissed a woman employee from service over her alleged involvement in a narcotics-related case, officials said on Thursday.

The employee, identified as Police Follower Shameema Bano, had been placed under suspension in June 2021 following her arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Jammu in connection with a case registered under the NDPS Act involving seizure of contraband.
