Anantnag, May 20: Residents of Dialgam area in South Kashmir have expressed serious concern over the disruption of Airtel mobile network services, which have reportedly remained non-functional since 12:00 PM today.
Locals stated that the sudden outage has caused significant inconvenience to the general public, affecting communication, internet connectivity, online transactions, business activities, and essential services. Students, traders, employees, and patients requiring telephonic coordination have particularly faced difficulties due to the disruption.
The residents have urged the authorities concerned and service provider Airtel to take immediate steps to restore the network at the earliest. They emphasized that uninterrupted mobile connectivity is essential in the present digital era for both personal and professional engagements.
The locals have appealed to the concerned telecom authorities to look into the matter on priority and ensure that such prolonged disruptions do not recur in the future.
