Srinagar, Jan 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday re-designated the post of Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 113-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated January 27, 2026 as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, The post of Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, is hereby re-designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, till such time the same is held by Mr. Achal Sethi.
Consequent upon the above, Mr. Achal Sethi, is hereby designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, with immediate effect, order reads. (KNC)
