Jammu, Jan 26: An Agniveer sustained injuries after a landmine exploded near the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, officials said.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, The incident occurred while Army personnel were carrying out routine patrolling in a forward area of Keri sector, when the landmine accidentally went off, resulting in injuries to the Agniveer.
The injured personnel was promptly evacuated from the area and shifted to a hospital for medical treatment. His condition is stated to be stable.—(KNC)
