“The delay is causing a hindrance in processing the matter, as the Hon’ble MLA 44-Anantnag is pressing hard for vacating the NTPHC building at Damhal Khoshipora,” the official order reads. The BMO has now been directed to submit a factual report within 24 hours, clarifying the circumstances under which the building was taken over and whether it is a sanctioned health institute, reads the order

While the administration seeks clarification, official sources informed Nationvoice101 that the NTPHC was sanctioned by the government approximately 15 years ago. Furthermore, sources state that sanctioned staff were long ago deputed to the said NTPHC facility, raising questions as to why the status of the institute is now being questioned.

However, Nationvoice101 made several attempts to contact the MLA 44 Anantnag for clarification on why he is seeking the vacation of a functional health facility. However, he has not replied to our messages or received our calls
