Anantnag: The police has lodged an FIR against the wife and son of MLA Peerzada Mohammad Syeed following a dispute over the locking of the New Type Primary Health Center (NTPHC) in Damhal Khoshipora.
Official sources told Nationvoice101 that on the complaint by the 1st Class Magestrate Kokernag, the police has registered FIR No. 32/2026 at the Achabal Police Station.
The action follows an incident yesterday where, the tehsildar kokernag acting on the issue raised by health department and general public broke the lock on the NTPHC gate. The facility had allegedly been locked by the MLA’s wife.
The incident has gained significant attention after videos of the MLA’s wife went viral on social media, in which she leveled several allegations against the Tehsildar of Kokernag.
