OPD services affected; emergency services continue as usual
Rajouri, Mar 12: Non-gazetted employees of Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri, under the banner of the Medical Employees Federation, on Thursday observed a work suspension protest over several pending demands, including the release of 2.5 days’ salary and framing of proper service rules.
As per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the protest led to the suspension of OPD services at the hospital during the day.
However, the employees said that emergency services will continue as usual to ensure that critical patients do not face inconvenience. (KNC)
