Iran’s FM has told his Azerbaijan counterpart that Tehran was not behind a drone attack on Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan exclave.
During a phone call, Araghchi denied that Iran fired any projectiles towards Azerbaijan and said that Iran’s armed forces are conducting the necessary investigation and review.
Araghchi also pointed out the role of Israel in such attacks in order to distort public opinion and destroy Iran’s good relations with its neighbours, Tasnim news agency reported. (Al Jazeera)
