Rajouri Police Attach Property of Terror Handler in Manjakote

Rajouri, Mar 8: In a significant action against terror networks, Rajouri Police on Sunday attached the immovable property of a proclaimed offender and alleged terror handler in Naika Panjgrain village of Manjakote.

Spokesperson in a statement issued here to news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Manjakote Police Station has attached immovable property belonging to a proclaimed offender in Village Naika Panjgrain Manjakote Rajouri.

The attached property comprises 07 marlas owned by a proclaimed offender Shafeeq Ahmed S/O Mohd Ramzan Malik resident of Village Naika Panjgrain, it reads.

The attachment proceedings were carried out after obtaining due permission in the form of an attachment order under Section 88 of the CrPC corresponding to Section 85 of BNSS issued by the competent Court, it reads.

This action reflects the commitment of Rajouri Police to take stringent legal measures against terror handlers and to ensure compliance with the law. Further legal proceedings shall follow as per due process. (KNC)
