Anantnag: Continuing its crackdown on operational lapses and disruptions to patient care, the Government Medical College Anantnag (GMCA) administration has placed an employee under suspension.
A GMCA staff member was immediately suspended for allegedly engaging an unauthorized student from a private nursing college to assist with duties inside the surgical Casualty Wards, Official sources told to NV101.
The administration has issued show cause notices seeking formal explanations from the supervising medical staff including Group Leader Staff Nurse for failing to exercise effective oversight.
The administration reiterated that unauthorized personnel inside critical care wards will not be tolerated, signaling stricter vigilance and accountability across all shifts to safeguard patient care standards.
